Shipping and Handling

Our packing team at IJ makes sure to pack your order in a secure way to prevent risk of damage during shipment. All orders from IJ are sent by registered mail and include insurance. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Once you receive your order, we advise you to check the content of the package. If you notice any damage, please contact the shippping company. IJ is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

Shipping and Delivery Cost

All items are delivered in packaging from IJ and in the original boxes from the designers.

IJ uses standard shipping services and your order usually arrives in 6-14 business days. 

During Hollidays and high season customers may experience longer delivery time.
